SwaMind Systems Pvt Ltd ("SwaMind Systems," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the SwaMind brand, mobile applications, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). • Individual students and learners using the SwaMind app
• Parents or guardians who create or manage accounts for minors
• Schools, teachers, and organization admins using the SwaMind dashboard

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and profile information

• Name, username, email address, and password (or social sign-in tokens)
• Age or age range (to provide age-appropriate experiences)
• Profile preferences and settings
• Organization or school affiliation when you join via an institution

2.2 App usage and mental fitness content

• Daily check-in responses (for example FOWG, Present Action, State Check-in, Design Today, Daily Debrief, Meditation)
• Micro-course progress, completions, and learning activity
• Goals, reflections, and other content you choose to save
• Streaks, progress metrics, and in-app achievements

2.3 Purchases and subscriptions

If you subscribe to SwaMind Pro or other paid plans, we (and our payment / subscription partners such as Apple, Google, or RevenueCat) process purchase status, entitlement, renewal, and cancellation information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; card payments are handled by the app stores or payment processors.

2.4 Device, technical, and analytics data

• Device type, OS version, app version, and language
• Approximate diagnostics and crash reports
• Usage analytics (for example feature engagement) to improve the Service
• IP address and log data for security and fraud prevention

2.5 Communications

When you contact us (including via our Contact page), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, and message content.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the mental fitness Service
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Track learning progress and deliver check-in experiences
• Manage premium subscriptions and unlock Pro features
• Support schools and organizations with dashboards and reporting where authorized
• Send service notices, security alerts, and (with consent) product updates
• Analyze performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

6. Children and student data

SwaMind is designed for students and educational use. Where accounts are created for minors, a parent, guardian, or school may need to provide consent or operate the account under applicable law (including COPPA, FERPA, or local student-privacy rules where they apply). Schools using SwaMind are responsible for obtaining any required institutional consents.

7. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security records.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your devices.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data
• Export a copy of your data

• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
